Frozen products

I ordered the ordinary caffeine solution, and the sea buckthorn fruit oil and they both came frozen solid. Do I return them or will they be OK once I thaw them out?

I'm so sorry for the trouble! The products should be fine but if there are any issues with them you are welcome to return or exchange them within our return policy.
