Frozen delivery.

I received my delivery today and it’s frozen. I am so disappointed. Will I be able to use my items once it unfreezes? I had order the « ORDINARY salycilic Acid 2% » the exfoliating cleansing sephora face wipes, the « glamglow forget the filter instamud set » and the olehenriksen banana eye cream. ALL FROZEN. Honestly do not know if I should just return everything

The face wipes might be okay. As for the other items, once the active ingredients and in many cases the filler ingredients are frozen, their chemical bonds will often change and become unstable. They should not harm you, BUT their effectiveness will be greatly diminished if not completely useless. I would return them.
