I live right next to Sephora and the store staff gave me a link to enjoy the friends and family discount. But I tried using it today and it does not work. I believe her link already got used by some other customer? Does anyone else here who'd be willing to offer me a link? Thank you!

Hi @WitchCathy  The Employee Appreciation discount is a chance for our employees to extend their discount to their families and personal networks, as a thank you for their hard work throughout the year. Employees have been given clear guidelines on who is considered to be in their "personal" network. If you have friends or family members who work for Sephora, please feel free to reach out to them for a code! If not, rest assured that we have more promotions for our valued BI, VIB and Rouge clients coming before the year is up!
