Friends and family discount

Hey Team! I used my ff discount code that was emailed to me on an order earlier this week. I went to place another order with a different discount code ( the hard copy one) I received and I received the following error: I checked and the codes are different, can someone please help me with this ? Thanks! Tika

Oh! So online I can only use it once even through I have a different code ? Can I use this code in store then ?

Yes, that is correct. I would recommend checking with your store to see if they would be able to apply it.
