Friend sent rouge coupon

My sister sent me a friend rouge coupon and I’m getting a message that says “reached maximum redemption limit”. How do I access this code? She has tried to send it a few times.

@ErPi Did she send it to just you?  If not then someone else claimed it first.

I’m the only one. I did initially get a barcode and online code and took a screen shot. It’s just when I tired to open the link again, it didn’t work. Maybe that’s the problem, I can’t get the link to open twice. I’ve also read that I was supposed to get an email, but I didn’t. I’m hoping the code works tomorrow.
