Friend rouge code not working

When I try to use the give one friend rouge code I receive the error "Offer available to select BI members." Please help!

same thing is happeneing to me the code wont work and gives me an error page. she hasnt shared the code to anyone

The code I sent to a friend is not working either, she did get an email bit anytime she tries to add the promo it says it is only for BI members
