French notifications on my English set app

I recently had to reset my password by receiving a link from Sephora and clicking on it. It sent me to a French website. I immediately changed the language to English but my app changed to french.as well. It was a lot more difficult to find how to change the language on the app. It was in French for a month but thank goodness I've set it to English now. 

But my Sephora notifications keep appearing in French and I have no idea how to fix that. Would that be a phone setting or a setting in the app? I have spent weeks going through options on my phone and going through options on the app and I cannot figure out a way to change the notifications to english. The app is set to English so why are the notifications in french? Please help. I have no idea what to do now.

Hi @jphappa,

I'd recommend turning off your Sephora app notifications in your device settings. Then open your Sephora app and click your name/photo icon near the bottom center of the screen. Then scroll down to App Settings and select US or Canada English. Then, turn your app notifications back on in your device settings. Please let us know if the issue persists after trying this.
