Free shipping

First, let me say that I love love love Sephora and am not being critical. This is more of an FYI feedback sort of comment. I'm a Rouge customer and am completely aware of the challenge of covid and other issues affecting businesses lately.

 

     I placed an online order on 3/13,  late at night. 

     It shipped on 3/16. Ok, understandable. Expected to arrive 3/19. UPS tracking was updated regularly. 

     Must have switched over to USPS on the 19th. Since then it says "delayed" with no tracking or ETA. 

     Today is 3/22. No arrival, no updated status. 

     Maybe it's my local USPS's problem, but it unfairly reflects poorly on Sephora. Perhaps this duo shipping method isn't the best? I'm sure it will ultimately arrive, I just don't know when, and can't track it. It seems to be happening regularly now, which is frustrating. 

     I just wanted this information to make it's way to those in charge of logistics in the event that they want to assess their shipping protocols. 

     Thanks for listening...still very happy with everything about Sephora. I just wanted to pass this info along.
