Free shipping under $50?

I just placed an order and the total was $48 after tax. I know that it's usually only free shipping when you spend 50 before tax. I don't have the $10 free shipping thing. I'm a Vib member just confused why I got free shipping! Not complaining just scared I'm gonna be charged for it later
