Free gift

I know is going to sound so petty but I came went into my local store after seeing that there was a free gift bag with a $40 purchase. After spending a while in the store I checked out and left but didn't receive the gift bag. I'm sure it was an oversight on the associates part but i sure would like to have it! Is there any way for me to get it now?
