Free birthday gift and free samples

Ok so if I was to visit my local Sephora store how do I redeem my free birthday gift and samples? Do I have to purchase something?

Hi @sagecook, as others have mentioned, no purchase is necessary to redeem your birthday gift in-store. You can pick it up the entire month of your birthday as well as 14 days before and after. You can also request a sample be made of any of our products so you can try it before deciding to purchase. Thanks!

Hi! You do not have to make a purchase to get your birthday gift in store. As for samples, if there is something you are interested in you can always ask an employee if you could try a sample. I have never had an issue getting a sample at my local store. I think I also read somewhere that you can get one sample from each department (makeup, skincare, etc) each time you’re in! Don’t quote me on that though. Hope that helps!

no you don’t have to purchase anything you just walk up to the counter and tell them your account information and they will see that it’s your birthday month and give you 2 choices for a free birthday gift.
