Free VIB Makeover Terms

Hi there,

 

I became a VIB several months ago and booked a makeover for 1 month from today.  But I just read the terms and conditions of the VIB membership and it says that the free makeover must be booked within 90 days of becoming VIB.  Is that true? I have seen conflicting messages on this.

Hi @FivebyFive,

 

We do recommend booking your makeover appointment within 90 days of unlocking VIB status. However, if you book it after the 90 days, most of our Sephora stores will be able to honor the complimentary makeover as long as your status reflects VIB.
