Free Samples

Has anyone else had an issue with not receiving their two ordered free samples when placing an online order? The last two or three online orders I’ve made, I’ve either not gotten a sample at all or only gotten one. I understand if they’ve run out of what I actually ordered, but I would be 100% okay with a surprise sample from whatever is left. I don’t want to sound petty, but going from 3 samples to 2 per online order was enough to irk me a bit, (I enjoy trying new products. I’m more apt to buy a full sized product if I sample it first.) But now, the fact that I’m ordering samples with my purchases and I’m not even getting those... It’s really disheartening honestly.
