Free Samples

Is it me or does anyone else NEVER get the actual free samples they select?  In my latest order instead of receiving the two products selected, I received 1 product that I would never select because it makes me break out and another that I would never even consider using. I know they are free, and Sephora doesn’t need to offer them, but it’s getting kinda annoying.

@jigoe, I'm sorry for the trouble! Substitutions can be made for samples that are unavailable at the location where your order is packed. However, they shouldn't be missing entirely. It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If your samples were missing, please send me a private message with your order number and I'll be happy to help.
