Free Samples ??

I ordered some makeup and picked out three free samples, and i finally received it. When I opened it, the makeup I bought was in there, but it contained none of the free samples ? I don't usually shop here, but I wanted to give it a try. I don't know if it's an inventory problem, and if it is, they should've told us before ordering. There's no way we can test out the products if the free samples they're suppose to send us doesn't come in.. I just want to know why this happened ?

The past three or four fragrance orders I've made since January (I have a problem, I know) have not included samples except one. At first I just thought it was a one time thing and maybe they were out of stock but more than once I have checked back on the app to see if they were still available and they showed to be so. They take down products that are out of stock in their beauty offers section, I would assume they would do the same in samples. I'm vib rouge, I spend a lot of money here and expect whats advertised. I know it's free so I can't get too upset about it but that's not really the point. I also had an awful experience at a Sephora store near me as well, I mean awful. Disappointed.

This was the reason why I came in here. This is the third time I order something and choose free samples then when I get my package the free samples I ordered are missing. Why would you make us choose samples if you’re not going to send them??

Ive noticed that my orders either come without my samples or they swap them out and don’t put the samples I choose. I imagine they are running out but it would be nice to know.... there have also been a few time where they email me post order to say the promo item sold out but there is no option to replace with another promo. Disappointing

I have placed a few orders recently and they have arrived without my promo code item or samples. I am missing 1 Caudalie Cru trial size serum from promo code “premiercru” and 2 free trial size mask from promo code “radiant” and 9 samples (3 of each) Ole Henriksen Balancing Wonders (3-Step Cleanser, Scrub, Hydrator), Volition Oceanene Youth-Boost Gel - 0.05 oz/ 1.5 mL, and Erno Lazlo White Marble Dual Phase Vitamin C Peel. I just went on to the app and both the samples and promo items are available for order so why didn’t I get them?

I just received two orders from Sephora yesterday...not a single sample. And my promo (the DE Protini Polypeptide Cream) wasn't even in the box.  The whole reason I shop at Sephora (as opposed to other beauty sites) is for the samples and promos. This makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

I just ordered something for the first time and it just arrived today but there were no samples in my package either. I am pretty disappointed since one of my items was out of stock so it got cancelled from my order. Then there were no samples when my other  item showed up

Same here! I just placed my first online order and no samples or the promo product. I would think they would have a stock pile of samples and substitute the promo product for something similar. I hope to hear from someone soon and hope your issue was resolved.

I would say that 75% of the time I never receive any samples.. and when I do it's barely ever what I picked.

Yeah I haven't gotten ANY of my free samples from my last 6 or 7 orders, there's definitely an issue.

@DaneeBT I didn't got any samples in my for at least 10 purchases in last couple months, it's been so annoying😞
