Free Samples Never Included

I always pick 2 samples when ordering but all of my orders never include samples. Then I see you Sephora releasing sample bags with minimum purchase a few times a year. Why offer samples at all if nobody ever packs them when shipping? It starts to feel quite rude when you spend so much money on luxury products, only to be treated better by a department store that always includes free samples. At this price point, you guys should stop neglecting this and look into what is going on here. Customers aren’t happy with this and I’ve seen several people posting. I’m a VIB Rouge I spend a lot of money and requesting free samples should mean that I receive them. My last dozen shipments have not. #missingsamples #freesamples @CustomerService

Yeah. I used to be a Rouge member. Just ordered sunscreen from Sephora and received no samples. I ordered face wash and moisturizer online at Shoppers and got 3 free samples, a gift with purchase worth $65 and $45 in points that I can put towards groceries and not just beauty purchases. I won’t be ordering from Sephora ever again. My tolerance for this kind of corporate greed/apathy is at it’s limit.
