Free Samples M.I.A

Wondering if anyone else has the experience I’ve had with regard to the free samples : mine hardly ever actually show up with my order even though they show to have been shipped in my order history ?!?? Over the years I think I’ve received my free samples only twice yet it is always such a let down when they don’t come ☹️ anyone else have this experience ?

I am experiencing the same thing and it’s so sad. The samples use to come as selected and now it feels like there’s no point because you never get what you’ve picked. I just got an order delivered where I picked two samples and two items on a promo code. I got nothing I selected but I did get a random men’s cologne sample that is no good to me. I had no idea you could report it for points, I’ve just been frustrated.

I just opened another package with zero samples in it. Over the last few years I’ve watched the samples steadily decline to zero and the last few orders had nothing. It is disappointing. I don’t know why I spend the time to pick the ones I want to try anymore. They’re supposed to send something, even swap out if they’re out of stock for something else, but that’s not even happening. I’m tired of having to contact them to issue points for the inconvenience.

I have had the same issue the last two times I’ve ordered stuff. I select the two free samples, last two times it was perfume samples because I’m buying perfume and I got sent… 4 shampoo samples so far. I read other comments saying they just run out and then send you random stuff but like don’t offer it then? If the system doesn’t work then they should upgrade it and put it back.

Hi  I am brand new to all of this and was wondering if there is like a new starter free kinda thing. It would be lovely and make people feel welcome.
