I've heard about the free 15 minute makeovers that focus on one area like your eyeshadow. Is it possible to go in and get the mini makeover for foundation? Do you call and book in advance?

I called the one at the Americana and the girl said they don't do it so I wish their employees were more aware since it is on their website. Too bad I found out a day after my event. >=(
