Fraud

Hi There,  I had the same issue with a $50 gift card a received as a gift on December 25, 2024. I called customer service and they were literally horrible.  They told me someone used my gift card in the US on December 23, 2024, before I even received it.  The service rep on the phone was reading off a script and was so quiet that I could barely understand her.  They said the only thing I could do was tell the purchaser to submit a fraud claim with bank.  I spend tons of money at Sephora and am now rethinking them as a company that I would support.  Terrible customer service.  10 minutes later I called the Gap about a package I hadn't received for 1 month and they refunded me immediately,  no questions asked.  Sephora really needs to support their customers.  This type of service is inexcusable.

The same thing happened to me and the amount of posts on this topic is alarming. I’m done with Sephora.
