Fraud. Sephora scam on line.

What a disappointment I have with Sephora. I made a purchase of 170 dollars for Black Friday, and supposedly received a Strike to Pose Sample Bag if I spent more than 90 dollars. That enticed me more to buy because I would receive those extra products, however they did not send me ANYTHING. I only received the product that I bought that was Clarisonic Mia Smart, they did not send me the Sample bag as a gift with the purchase, they did not send me the 2 free samples that I chose for the purchase, nor sent me the samples that I chose for my reward points. When I called, they only gave me some reward points that do not make up for the bag with 10 free samples they were giving away. They say they can not send me the Strike to Pose Sample Bag that is still on the web because they can not send it alone. So I must stay scammed? The same thing always happens to me when I buy online, I do not know why they put you to choose supposedly free products, if in the end they do not send them all, or they do not send the one you chose, or nothing comes to you. This time they went because not only did not send me free samples, but the free offer with the purchase of 90 dollars either. What a disappointment,  in other words this is a scam.

Que decepción tan grande tengo con Sephora. Hice por Black Friday una compra de 170 dolares, y supuestamente debía recibir un Strike a Pose Sample Bag si gastaba más de 90 dolares. Eso me embulló más comprar porque recibiría esos productos extra, sin embargo no me enviaron NADA. Solo recibí el producto que compré que fue Clarisonic Mia Smart, no me enviaron la Sample bag como regalo con la compra, no me mandaron las 2 muestras gratis que escogí por la compra, ni me mandaron los samples que escogí por mis puntos de reward. Cuando llamé solo me dieron unos puntos de reward que no compensan para nada la bolsita con 10 samples gratis que estaban regalando. Dicen que no me pueden enviar el Strike a Pose Sample Bag que aún está como oferta en la web porque no pueden hacer el envío solo de eso. Entonces yo debo quedarme estafada? Siempre me pasa lo mismo cuando compro on line, no sé para qué te ponen a escoger productos supuestamente free, si al final no te los mandan todos, o no mandan el que tú escogiste, o no te llega nada. Esta vez se pasaron porque no solo no me mandaron las muestras gratis, sino que la oferta free con la compra de 90 dolares tampoco.Qué decepción, esto es en otras palabras una estafa.

The Same thing happened to me. I was enticed to add extra products to my cart just to make the minimum $50 purchase to receive a bag of 10 mini make-up and skin care products. I was able to add the code with no problem and check out. Upon the package delivery, I realized none of the extra mini products were included with what I purchased. Customer Service rep on the phone said, well they might have been out. This is a very sophisticated marketing scam that pushes you to add products to make the minimum and then you are stuck and feel cheated. I was so upset over this and the rep said they could add 250 points to my account, which was nowhere near the value of the travel bag with minis. There were no offers that available that resembled the set I chose.  Anyhow, if you were to turn the points for rewards it only gives you two tiny leaflet samples. What a huge disappointment. I will never order online again and will tell all my friends, family and colleagues about this and warn them against buying online. #badcustmerservice #terriblemarketingpractices #cheated #scam

Please look at my post. I was scammed to purchase more products to meet the minimum that was required to receive a bag full of minis and never got them. I feed this is fraudulent activity strategized to increase sales. I am a very disappointed customer left with a very bitter aftertaste and will not be making any more purchases online.
