Fraud #SEPHORA Gift Card

I bought $50 Sephora gift card from Jewel store and gifted to my friend. Card was empty. I Called to check the balance and transaction, IT WAS FRAUD. Guy told me all the transactions starting from few cents up to $3, bunch of them.

Now i have nowhere to turn to get my money back. Sephora not doing anything, Jewel points to Sephora, bank has legit transaction between me and Jewel. I will be posting about this all over the social media, until someone responds me.

This big corporations taking my money, and no one is responsible. IT IS NOT FARE.
