Fragrance samples

Asked for a fragrance sample bottle at the bay shore, NY location and was told they no longer do this. I would like to know if this is a true policy? And how can I get contact information for general managers of Sephora

@jsroman07 Yes, it's true policy. Stores stopped doing bespoke samples because of the pandemic. Now you can only get whatever they happen to have in pre-packaged form.

@jsroman07 while I haven't experienced this myself I have seen others mention that other stores have stopped giving out fragrance samples as well.  You may want to post in 'customer service' in hopes that it's more likely to be seen by a moderator.
