Fragrance arrived broken

I placed an order of a fragrance I had been looking forward to get for a while but it arrived broken. When I try contacting customer service via chat, they just say "Our system is not able to process a reshipment or refund because of previous accommodations that were made to you for order issues on this and/or other accounts." It is not possible for me to return the item unfortunately because it contained broken glass which I had to throw out.

 

This is the first time an order arrives damaged for me, which is why I am particularly disappointed and even surprised. I understand that Sephora is trying to be careful but an item arriving broken is out of my control. This seems like a packaging and distribution issue. I'm very disappointed in Sephora's customer service today and will likely not be spending another dollar here until the issue is rectified. Please do not buy fragrance online from Sephora, it may or may not arrive as broken.
