Four orders, NO samples or promo items

I placed 4 orders between December 10th and January 12th. In 3 of these orders, I used a promo for a sample item and in all 3 I did NOT receive the sample. In ALL 4 orders, I did not receive one single free sample that I chose. In one of the orders, I received one substitute item that I cannot use (men’s cologne). In two of the orders, I received nothing at all. In the 4th order, I again received two substitute items that I cannot use (again, men’s cologne). I am growing extremely frustrated. I often order based on the promo items available, because it is such a great way to try new items I’m curious about. The free samples are another fun reason I shop at Sephora, and something I look forward to. I am so frustrated that I am ready to cancel my Play subscription, cancel my $10 shipping subscription and start shopping at Ulta and Macy’s and DermStore instead. What is going on, Sephora? Is it going to be fixed soon? And most importantly, are y’all willing to do anything to make up for this that will give me a reason to continue being a loyal Sephora shopper?

The same has happened to me. When I emailed customer service I received an automated email. Frustrating
