Foundation shade finder

Every time I try the shade finder it never seems to work for me. Does anyone else have this issue? I love the feature I just wish it worked.

Hi @ather I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with our Color IQ tool. Can you explain the issue you are experiencing?

@keelybt So I go into the brand I want to find my shade then I click on the shade finder and I pick the brand I have used in the past then I get a blank screen. I’ve used it once and it’s worked but I changed my mind on the brand I wanted to use. So I tried it the other night. I’ll attach a picture so you can see. It stay like this and never loads with the shade that would fit for me.

@ather That's odd! Can you try closing out the app completely and restarting it? Also please  make sure you have the most updated version. If you know your Color IQ number, you can enter it in the search bar and it will pull up your matches.

@keelybt oh i do have my iq# already so i can try that. I have the most up to date app and i also have tried to close the app and retry it. Maybe it is because i already have an IQ #?

yes it always says no match for me. makes me feel so sad lol....

@Gmmuibaby There is a website called findation I believe or google that and it matches as well. I feel like the Sephora one may work better tho. I also like doing it through Sephora because I love their in store foundation match I’m just not close to a store anymore.
