Foundation match

Since my app updated, I no longer have the option to match foundation shades from different brands. Did this go away?

Hi @jraines,

You can access the Foundation Finder under the Virtual Artist tab on the Sephora App. 🙂 

You should also be able to search any ColorIQ number in the "search" bar on the app to pull up all shade matches. I hope this helps!

Yes but did that feature go away ? It would also show if something was similar? If I search it by my iq, it only gives me exact matches.

@jraines That feature did not go away, however, the Virtual Artist on our app did have some upgrades added. You will still be able to access this under the "Foundation Finder". I hope this clarifies!
