Foundation for radiant look

I am looking for a foundation for everyday use to wear to office with nice radiant finish.

 

I purchased Nars Light reflecting foundation. This is the only foundation which has a good shade match for me. However, this is sticking to my dry patches and settling into the pores.

 

Please suggest.
