Foundation flashback

I've tried SO many foundations and all of them turn me into a ghost. I heard so many good reviews about the MUFE Ultra HD foundation and how it gives no flashback so I gave it a try, and it still turned me into a ghost. I've never really used foundation so I'm a beginner, but I've tried different setting powders, using my beauty blender wet and dry, and nothing is working. I really like the texture of the MUFE foundation but I don't want a white face. I don't use primers or anything just the straight foundation and then powder. Neither the powder or foundation have silica or SPF so I'm really confused. Am I applying it wrong? Do I need a different powder? Help!
