Foundation color does not match

Recently bought a foundation online in the store with the SA. (Had to order online because it was sold out ) She strongly recommended me a certain shade color so I went ahead and purchased it. The package came today and I tried it on for the first time and it did not match my skin well. Can I return or exchange this ?

I'm sorry this item was not a fitting match! We are unable to process exchanges by mail. However you can exchange it in store within 60 days of purchase. You can also return it in store or by mail for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
