Foundation Shade Finder

Is anyone experiencing issues with the Sephora foundation shade finder? Regardless of what brand or shade I select, it won’t find an exact or close match. Please help!

@Hannah026 I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble. If there isn't an exact match to what you are using, the shade finder won't select a match. If you'd like assistance finding your best match, please reply with your current match and the formula you are interested in.
