Former employee needing W2

My daughter is a former employee and we need her W2. Sephora has made this process way too hard and it is now almost April. She has called 7 times and emailed over 4 times and yet she still cannot get access to a simple tax form. We are beyond frustrated and the next step is to contact the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 so they can contact Sephora for failure to provide W2's. The fact that there are so many former employees struggling to obtain W2's shows that Sephora doesn't care about its employees.
