Former employee W2

I’ve was employed with Sephora from November 2019 - April 2020 and my W2 forms have not been sent to me. I’ve contacted HR and the Sephora payroll email and still haven’t gotten a response. My W2 request form was filled and taxes are due at the end of the month. I’m not sure what to do at this point.
