Forgot to put my Apt number

Hi I just ordered products online and I totally forgot to put my Apt number.. i updated my account address and I called customer support right away but they told me they can’t update it. Do I have to call USPS for this? It’s not shipped yet and I think you guys should be able to replace my shipping address for the updated address.

I think it comes from ups. I work at an apartment complex and We take all the packages regardless. I just look up your name and send you a letter to come get it. You can also call ups and explain this to them. I just started getting my Sephora to my office last week and didn’t think I needed to put my name then #office, but apparently I did. When I tracked the package it said error because there was no apartment number. I called ups and explained to them, they quick fixed it and I still got it that very day!! Call ups and explain, They are very understanding with it. Hope this helps 🙂
