Forgot to enter birthday promo code

Hi, I received a discount code for my birthday which is on September 10.  However, I’ve been away on vacation and now I cannot find my email. I probably deleted it by mistake. 

I placed an order on Sept. 22, 2024…# . Would it be possible for you to apply by birthday discount to this order.  It would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Molassy I'm sorry for the confusion. We do not offer discount codes for birthdays, but we do offer a birthday gift. Regretfully, we're not able to modify an order once it has been placed. However, you can still redeem your gift in store or online anytime during your birthday month. No purchase is necessary to redeem in store. To redeem online, an order of $25 or more must be placed.
