Forgot to apply the promotion code

I am a VIBR, I forgot to apply the 20%off promotion code for my order. I called the Sephora customer service after few hours, but the beauty advisor said the order cannot be canceled. So after my package arrive, could I bring the products to the Sephora store and ask them to give me the 20% off ?
