Forgot to add item

I forgot to add an item (Anastasia brow wiz) as well as 3 free samples to my order earlier and was wondering if it was still possible to add it as I would prefer not to pay for shipping!

Hi @HayleyAnn. Once an order is placed, we cannot modify it. We can request to cancel it, but that request is not a guarantee. If you like, you can go in-store to return the items for a refund, or m ail the items back to us. Visit www.sephora.com/returnlabel to print the prepaid shipping and drop it off at your nearest post office.
