Forgot to Apply 20% Off

Hi! I placed an order today and realized I completely forgot to use the 20% off for VIB Rouge. If I take it in store with the receipt, will they be able to apply it or will I have to return the item and then repurchase it with the 20% off? Sorry if I don't make sense but I appreciate the help!
