Forgot the email associated with my phone number

Hi! A few years ago I opened a Sephora account with my phone number but forgot the email associated with it. I opened this account but when I go into a Sephora and use my phone number my points go to an account which I don’t remember- so now I have to give them my full email during check out. I’m not sure if the other account can be closed since I don’t need 2 accounts. Is there a way for my points be transferred and phone number from that account be linked to this account?
