Forgot promo code and can’t cancel

Hello,

I placed an order today and forgot to add promo code POINTSUP. I tried to cancel immediately and the app would not allow it. Phone customer service is closed. I wrote an email to customerservice@sephora.com asking for cancellation OR for promo code to be added to existing order. Can this be taken care of before it ships?
