Forgetting my account registering in-store

I have bought stuff in-store and the staff had helped me registering a new account.
However, I have forgotten which e-mail I used to register.
I tried both the e-mail to log into the website, but there is no point in either account.

I wonder how can I get the former points I gained in-store.
