Foreo Bear Microcurrent pulses

Hi,

 

I just bought the Foreo Bear facial toning device and is it normal to not feel the micro-current pulses even on the highest settings? I used the Foreo Bear twice at the highest settings for both Basic and Pro, but I don't feel any tingling or twitching sensations on my face, the device just vibrates. And I haven't seen any affect yet. Have used it twice for 20 mins each with the recommended Foreo Serum.

 

Should I exchange the product for a new one?
