Follow Up on Order No.

Hi,

 

I placed an order for one (1) Yves Saint Laurent Mon Paris Gift Set (it's also supposed to come with my three chosen samples and a couple of items I spent my points on) last Friday, March 2, 2018. I read your shipping guidelines and from how I understood it, since I placed my order late Friday, it should have finished processing yesterday, March 5, 2018 (which was the next business day). Some of your customer support people say it takes about one to two business days to process orders. This is the second business day for mine to be processed so now I'm just wondering if you can give me a progress update on my order. I've been hoping to receive it either this Thursday or Friday.
