Florence messed with my shipping

So I ordered some makeup off the site days before Florence hit. I knew the hurricane would mess all orders up for a while, so I didn't care if it was late by a month or so; But, I didn't expect my order to be deemed "undeliverable" & then sent back to the sender without an email asking if I wanted a refund. 😕
