Flex Delivery

Do any of my fellow Canadians use Canada Post's Flex Delivery service? I've been using this service for a little over a year now, and whenever I place an order with Sephora, the package gets held up due to addressing issues and I get delays. This is after the package is already "out for delivery". Maybe it's a problem with the way the mailing labels are formatted? I am filling out my shipping info correctly, and the same as with Amazon, but I have never had this problem with Amazon.

I can't figure out how to put the FlexDelivery address in the Sephora Address lines.  It doesn't fit
