Fleetoptics

I called customer service today about the horrible service (past and present) provided from Fleetoptics. The service fails to follow instructions that are provided and refuses to responds to inquiries on their site. Twice, they have attempted to deliver outside the hours that had been indicated.

 

I was told by the service agent to call today if the parcel had not arrived in the specified time. When I called, I was provided with a number to Fleetoptics customer service but when I called, all delivery inquiries had an automated message to use their portal ( which I have done a numerous times) and the only other option is for someone looking for a job (instructed to leave a message). I am shocked that I would have received the contact number when it obviously does not work.
