Fleetoptics is the worst!

Hi - I’ve been raising concerns about Fleetoptics since the service was started being used by Sephora here in Ontario October 2023 or so.

they deliver at bizarre times. Their tracking system is horrible. 

this week, I had a package not there when I went to get it from my front porch. I check very frequently given the sloppy service they offer and unreliability of their tracking. It was apparently delivered at 8pm but nothing was there. I put in their instructions to place the package in my mailbox or between my doors and they did not. I did not get a notification (via app or email) it has been delivered until 730am the next day. Absolutely no way for me to have gotten it immediately after it was delivered if it even was.

thankfully the wonderful Sephora staff replaced it and I hope it arrives this time.

but Fleetoptics is horrible. I love ordering from Sephora but their delivery service is so horrible, I worry I will continue to not get packages and they won’t replace them in the future. If Fleetoptics followed delivery instructions and say rang the door bell at the minimum or tries to hide the package, then we wouldn’t be in this mess and my anxiety would be lower.

Never an issue with Canada Post.
