Fleetoptics is the WORST!

I’ve been a Rouge member for years and never experienced any problems when Sephora was still using Canada Post services. Fleetoptics, on the other hand, has been an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with. Every package takes a multitude of “delivery attempts” and excessive phone calls on my end just to finally receive my package. I receive delivery status updates such as “no answer at panel” (lies) or mostly “could not attempt”. Their customer service rep never seems to be able to get in touch with the driver to see what the hell that even means. And considering we’re all in isolation right now due to the pandemic, I’ve been home all day, every day, and NO ONE has actually come to deliver any packages. I’ve even run outside to catch the driver immediately after getting a status update and no one is there! Their customer service reps are always so rude and defensive and don’t even care about the LIES their drivers are writing in the status updates. Unbelievable! Canada Post has never been this problematic for me. They always knock on the door, or ring the buzzer, or leave the package in my mailbox, or drop off in the designed CP parcel box in the lobby. And when all else fails? They leave a TRACKING SLIP so I can pick it up myself at a nearby location. Why did Sephora switch companies in the first place? Unfortunately, the Sephora reps can’t do anything about it either because all they can do is call Fleetoptics on my behalf and pretty much experience the same DISGUSTING attitude I receive. Sephora Canada should stick to CANADA Post, and not some inefficient indie unprofessional startup delivery company that doesn’t care at all about their customers.

I can relate SO MUCH! 

in my last order Sephora had to re-order my items 3X and I had to be on the customer service chat with FleetOptics everyday to get my parcel right as they apparently weren’t able to locate my address, even with instructions and Google Maps screenshot. 

i had to re-order an item online because it was not available in-store, and even after Sephora told me they had changed to Canada Post for my area ( a lie! ) , FleetOptics is still failing to deliver my parcel. 

@sephora - what the hell, do something!

Agreed!!! My Mothers Day gift was sent back because they could “not find my address” meanwhile I’ve been ordering for years with no issues up until now. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks to get this result from FleetOptics. Very disappointing.

I completely agree with you. I am still fuming about discovering this today, thinking it's just shipping delays. 

Fleetoptics is such garbage! They sent back an order because couldn't attempt to deliver. It's insane Sephora uses this company, they are the worst! Even Amazon uses courriers that make an effort and never return to sender for NO reason. Awful awful awful! It seems like feedback is falling on deaf ears as well.

I agree. Every single order has atleast 2 "Unable To Access - No answer at call panel" updates which is utter nonsense because when I check my call logs, there are no calls at all. Plus I live in a building that has a drop-off area for this very purpose. The stress of chasing both sephora and fleetoptics, tracking the driver's progress and waiting for 15-20 minutes outside just so I can catch hold of them - just not worth it. I have decided not to order from sephora again until they drop this terrible company.

I appreciate your response but like I mentioned, this happens literally everytime. I live in the middle of Montreal downtown in a very easily traceable building. No other delivery company has ever had a problem delivering here. Plus like I said, they say "unable to access call panel" every single time which is an utter lie, there are no calls ever. It shouldn't be the customer's burden to chase the delivery guys everytime we place an order, and stand outside in 0 degree temperature just so that they don't pull the same stunt again. It ruins the entire experience. I am done with Sephora, this is such a waste of time and stress for nothing.
