Fleetoptics exception “could not attemp”

Hi, 

The tracking for my order stated it would be delivered Dec 2nd. The package never arrive and the date was changed to Dec 3rd. Yesterday I tracked the parcel and it was with the driver enroute. I was sitting in my living room all day waiting for it and I saw the van pull up. A fleetoptics employee (wearing the fleetoptics vest) got out of the car to search for my package but then a woman also got out of the car (without any fleetoptics uniform on) and stared helping him search. It seemed a little suspicious as she was not in uniform and previous deliveries I have only seen 1 delivery person. They found a package, put it in the front seat and proceeded to drive away without delivering my package! I checked the tracking and that’s when it was stated “exception: could not attempt delivery”. This is not true as I was right there and saw them! Also I checked my tracking information today and I no longer have any estimated delivery showing and have no clue what’s going on with my package now?! PLEASE HELP ME - I have relied on your delivery services and this has tarnished the experience.. I sadly may have to start shopping in-store only because of this mistrust. I have my tracking number and the fleetoptics drivers number available.
