FleetOptics

Fleetoptics is the worst! I really do not get why Sephora is using them. This is the most unrealiable delivery provider and their service and tracking is a mess. 
How to destroy company reputation - just use FleetOptics. Also I noted that Sephora turned off their life chat and it is impossible to get at the line with them. This is worst experience I have faced so far and it so disappointing! Specially spending so much in Sephora.
