FleetOptics

Why are you using Fleetoptics courier??!!! They are awful! When I click on "Track my order" I get no 'Estimated date" as promised!! And then I assume they called my cell ph on Aug 22nd but there was absolutely no way to contact back and then my purchase went back to the Fleetoptics Terminal and has been sitting there for 3 days!!!! Because they don't have anyone to pick it up and I cannot go to their depot to pick up because they do not have a pick up area.

Why are you Sephora, a big company being so cheap??!!!! If I had known you used such an unknown courier company I would NOT have ordered online. 

By the way reading the feedback about this FleetOptics courier and they were ALL Not good!

I have ordered from Saje, who are smaller and more local and they use UPS courier, at least there I can pick up my order!!!!!

Plus I found out from FleetOptic courier in ON, who I had to call LONG distance (twice) that Sephora won't let them take a change of address over the phone. I was trying to give my work address as I DO NOT work from home, so at least I won't miss the delivery. This is so frustrating, because after 3 attempts to deliver it will go back to where my purchase came from.

This is awful service as a company Sephora that you are doing to your online customers.

Pleeeease consider using Canada Post again, I never had any issues when everything I ordered before was delivered with Canada Post. I've ordered twice now and had delivery with Fleet Optics. First time, no estimated date, but apparently they tried to delivery 3 times and finally I guess someone let them in my building and my package was found outside my door (yikes!). This time, I get this phone call from someone asking me to come downstairs - fine. Why they didn't ring the buzzer, who knows. I get downstairs, no one is there, no one is at the door. So I go outside, look around, no one, walk out to the sidewalk and finally this guy comes out of an SUV and gives me my package. So sketch. PLEEEEEEEASE use Canada Post again, Fleet Optics is so sketch.
